Facebook Ads/Campaign Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to join our marketing team. As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective Facebook Ads campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and segmentation for precise targeting.
- Ad Creation: Design engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy to maximize engagement.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for optimal results.
- Performance Analysis :Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad elements and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking to measure campaign success.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of Facebook Ads platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-1.5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certification is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and algorithm changes.
