Role Overview:

As an Account Director at Sociomark, you will lead key client accounts, nurture relationships, and oversee the delivery of high-impact campaigns. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, a creative mindset, and a passion for driving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, establishing trust and credibility as a strategic partner.

Strategy & Campaign Oversight:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance, ensuring top-notch quality and timeliness.
  • Drive innovative ideas to enhance client campaigns and elevate their brand presence.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor account managers and executives, ensuring seamless collaboration and professional growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and client satisfaction.

Business Development:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pitch and secure new clients.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs, and present insights and reports to clients.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in account management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking, client relationship management, and leadership skills.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.) and trends.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and presenting ideas.

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Leadership:

  • Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
